Job Title: Inbound Sales Specialist (Remote)
Overview
Protera Health, a fast-growing digital health company, is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist to help patients access our innovative musculoskeletal (MSK) care platform. This fully remote role is ideal for a driven professional focused on converting inbound inquiries and leads into new patient enrollment through excellent service and high-touch communication in a technology-forward healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound phone calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective patients and leads
Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge to address patient questions and concerns about our MSK care platform
Guide patients through the digital signup and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Consistently follow up with inbound leads to maximize patient conversion and enrollment rates
Diligently document all inbound interactions, lead status, and opportunities in Salesforce
Achieve or surpass performance metrics and conversion targets specific to inbound sales
Qualifications
Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service, preferably in a healthcare, health-tech, or digital services environment
Demonstrated experience using Salesforce CRM (required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inbound leads simultaneously
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote setting
Empathetic approach and passion for helping others achieve better healthcare outcomes
