ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads from the North America market, engaging with potential clients who have expressed interest in our products or services. Your goal is to understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
This position follows an evening schedule (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) to align with North American business hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via email, chat, or phone;
  • Qualify prospects through discovery calls and understanding their business needs;
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce);
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates;
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to qualified opportunities and pipeline growth;
  • Represent the IPRoyal brand with professionalism in every client interaction.

WHAT WE EXPECT
