Inbound Sales Agent

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Inbound Sales Agent for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. Warm enquiries land in your queue and you turn them into paying customers.

Role overview

You'll handle inbound calls, chats and web enquiries from people who already have a need, understand what they're after, recommend the right option and close. No cold lists — the interest is already there.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound enquiries into sales across phone, chat and email
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Process orders and payments accurately
• Follow up on open quotes and unconverted enquiries
• Record every interaction in the CRM

What you'll need

• Experience in a sales or contact centre role with a conversion target
• Confident spoken and written English
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce
• Accuracy when handling order and payment details
• A quiet home workspace and stable fibre connection

Nice to have

• Experience selling to UK customers
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
• Upselling or cross-selling experience
