Location: Barbados (Remote)

MarketOne (www.marketone.com), an International Sales & Marketing agency in Barbados, is looking for an Inbound/Outbound Customer Engagement Analyst.  You would be responsible for executing highly focused market research and analysis in the development of strategic marketing campaigns.

We are looking for highly motivated and independent professionals who are persistent, assertive and resilient. You must have the ability to take initiative and to drive excellence. A strong business acumen and a proven ability to understand business related concepts are necessary.

The successful candidate should have experience with high volume Inbound/Outbound chats, telephone calls and emails and must have excellent oral and written communication skills. You must have the ability to multi-task and represent a service or intangible product to clients internationally. In addition, you must function well as a team member and be trustworthy, methodical, reliable and flexible.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle Inbound/Outbound chats, telephone calls and emails via the specified platform assigned.
  • Profile Inbound/Outbound interactions to generate sales leads or respond to customer service inquiries.
  • Prepare notes detailing the Inbound/Outbound interaction for quality assurance review and delivery to client.
  • Utilize client preferred means to access documents regarding lead routing, software key codes, product briefs, and general Inbound/Outbound related enablement.
  • Apply the client preferred methodology to ensure quality Inbound/Outbound conversations are conducted.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
  • Must be able to type at a speed of 55-60 words per minute
  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • The ability to multi-task and work autonomously
  • Good understanding of IT/Enterprise solution applications
  • Flexibility and availability to perform duties within scheduled times

QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE                                 
  • Minimum of three CXC passes with a Grade 1 or 2 in English Language or equivalent.
  • A high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working experience equivalent to a minimum of two years.
  • Experience in B2B Marketing within an international work environment would also be an asset.
