Ensures all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements.
Completes ongoing training on new import/export regulations concerning all clinical supplies.
Participates in and supports department project teams.
May coordinate or serve as a liaison cross-functionally.
Executes import and export activities according to PPD requirements, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
Executes the Import and Export/Trade Compliance plan for each project assigned.
Meets with the Trade Compliance Manager to discuss import and export issues and provides appropriate recommendations and alerts.
Participates in ongoing training on new regulations concerning import and export activities.
Maintains import and export documentation files and updated PPD-owned metrics indicator reports.
