- Diseñar y ejecutar capacitaciones funcionales y operativas.
- Realizar demos de plataforma (Back Office y flujos clave).
- Adaptar contenidos según audiencia (Operaciones, Negocio, Soporte).
- Coordinar agenda y materiales de entrenamiento.
Materiales y Documentación
- Crear y mantener guías de usuario, manuales, videos y FAQs.
Soporte al Cliente y Mejora Continua
- Acompañar los primeros ciclos operativos post go-live.
- Identificar dudas recurrentes, errores de uso y escalar incidentes reales.
- Canalizar feedback hacia Implementación y Producto.
- Proponer mejoras en procesos y experiencia de usuario.
