Location: Remote – U.S. Occasional travel may be required.

Job Summary 

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for executing new and existing customer project onboarding and configuration activities for Revenova's TMS platform. The role requires discretion and judgment in analyzing customer needs, designing scalable solutions, and leading training and adoption efforts. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Lead client discovery sessions and translate requirements into system configurations. 

• Design, configure, and test functional solutions within the Revenova TMS environment based on customer requirements, industry and Revenova best practices. 

• Deliver super-user training to ensure customer adoption. 

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Leads to ensure project success. 

• Assist customers with UAT coordination and provide post-go-live support. 

• Exercise discretion in determining effective workflows and system design. 

Qualifications 

• 1–2 years' experience in implementation, onboarding, or system administration within transportation/logistics software. 

• Strong analytical and communication skills. 

• Salesforce or TMS platform experience preferred. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and within a cross-functional, remote team; Salesforce experience a plus.
