As Human Risk Analyst you’ll work at the intersection of data, cybersecurity, and people risk, helping to understand how human behavior can create risk across a global organization.

This is a flexible role open to work both virtually and in a hybrid working model from our Kraków office and is offered on a full-time employment contract.

What the day will look like

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing human risk indicators using data from various sources, including cyber telemetry, access logs, case management systems, and HR inputs
  • Identifying patterns of risky behavior, systemic control gaps, and emerging workforce risk trends
  • Supporting insider threat detection activities through behavioral and contextual analysis
  • Assisting with triage and resolution of critical issues in human-related risk cases
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of human risk scoring or qualification models
  • Normalizing and correlating disparate datasets into coherent analytical outputs
  • Partnering with Cybersecurity, Physical Security, HR, Legal, and Investigations teams to ensure aligned risk interpretation
  • Developing dashboards, reports, and executive summaries that clearly communicate insights and trends
  • Contributing to preventative, resilience-based strategies that mitigate human risk among the workforce

How this opportunity is different

You will join a newly established distributed team passionate about understanding and mitigating human-related risk across the organization. Reporting to a Global Head based in the US, you will work closely with colleagues located in Poland, Mexico, and Singapore, supporting insights across physical security, people safety, and investigations.

 

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 3–7 years of experience in risk analysis, cybersecurity, investigations, insider threat, fraud, HR analytics, intelligence analysis, or related fields
  • Strong data analysis and data review capabilities, showing proficiency in linking technical, behavioral, and contextual insights
  • Understanding of privacy, data protection, and ethical considerations in workforce monitoring
  • Experience working closely with business partners to understand the real-world impact of risk analysis
  • Strong English language skills and proficiency in working effectively in a multinational environment
