We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a Full-time contract role basis, with an initial 6-month contract period. This role is ideal for a candidate with 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience who is comfortable owning the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer closure, in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities 

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure. 

Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and internal databases. 

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video screening to assess candidate fit against role requirements. 

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies. 

Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones. 

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 

Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and anticipated future openings. 

Support offer negotiation, documentation, and coordination of pre-onboarding formalities. 

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 

Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health. 

Required Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or in-house). 

Hands-on experience with sourcing channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting. 

Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace tools. 

Self-motivated with strong ownership and follow-through. 

Preferred Qualifications 

Prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 

Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience from the IT sector is preferred. 

Familiarity with recruitment for clients across multiple geographies.
