The HR Generalist will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, and benefits administration. They will also ensure federal compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and support internal employee engagement initiatives.

About the Role

At Express Flooring, a great employee experience depends on strong HR operations behind the scenes. As our HR Generalist, you’ll help keep the processes that support our employees running smoothly, accurately, and on time — from onboarding and payroll support to benefits, compliance, employee communications, and offboarding.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being at the center of the details and takes pride in getting things right. You’ll manage multiple HR processes, partner across the organization, help employees navigate important moments and questions, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

If you’re highly organized, naturally proactive, and known for following through, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on both our HR team and the employee experience as Express Flooring continues to grow.
