Recruiting & Staffing
Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned division (field and operational roles)
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and fill open positions
Source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage offers
Support workforce planning and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Manage onboarding process from offer acceptance through first day
Coordinate new hire setup, orientation scheduling, and onboarding logistics
Serve as the primary HR contact for employee questions and inquiries
Support employee engagement and team initiatives (events, communications, etc.)
HR Operations & Compliance Support
Ensure accurate and timely completion of new hire and onboarding documentation
Support benefits administration processes including coordination with Benefits (FMLA, leave requests).
Assist with compliance-related processes including audits, documentation, and reporting.
Employee Support & HR Process Execution
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs
Support corrective action processes in partnership with Division and HR leadership
Assist with performance review cycles, documentation, and follow-up
Support terminations, including documentation and system processing
Business Partnership & Coordination
Partner with division leadership to ensure HR processes support operational needs
Coordinate with Corporate HR (Shared Services) on documentation, onboarding, and compliance workflows
Escalate employee relations issues and complex matters to HR Manager as appropriate
Qualifications
2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in recruiting, field HR, or high-volume operations
Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, and HR process execution
Working knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (ADP preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
