Our client is a top creative marketing agency that recently became a growing HubSpot Partner, helping clients optimise their sales and marketing processes through seamless HubSpot implementations, migrations, and ongoing support.


About the role
We are looking for a HubSpot Coordinator to support the execution of HubSpot projects within a fast-paced agency environment. This is a non-client-facing role focused on delivering high-quality work based on briefs provided by Project Managers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, thrives in structured workflows, and wants to grow their expertise across the HubSpot ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute HubSpot-related tasks based on Project Manager briefs.

  • Build and optimise assets within Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.

  • Manage and update tasks using ClickUp.

  • Perform data imports (e.g., CSV uploads) and basic data management.

  • Collaborate across 5โ€“10 active projects at a time (2โ€“6 month duration).

  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all assigned work.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.

  • Experience in a marketing or CRM agency environment (required).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks across projects.

  • Preferably with exposure to Service Hub, CMS Hub, or Operations Hub.

  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp or similar PM software.

  • Detail-oriented executor who takes ownership of their work.

  • Proactive problem-solver.

  • Has a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools ( including AI-driven) and expand into other HubSpot hubs (Service, CMS, Ops).
