Job purpose

The objective of this role is to ensure successful implementation of our SaaS Product offerings as well as any multi product deployments. The Business Consultant at beqom plays a pivotal role within our Services team, leading the implementation, support, and continuous evolution of our global HR compensation and performance management platform


What will you be doing? 

  • Developing deep expertise in strategic compensation, performance and pay transparency management—understanding how the beqom platform's capabilities solve core business challenges, deliver strategic value to clients, and model complex rewards philosophies.
  • Leading strategic workshops with clients to explore and advise on their current performance and compensation processes, aligning them with industry best practices and business objectives.
  • Analysing existing ("as-is") business processes and designing improved ("to-be") total rewards strategies using your expert knowledge of the platform—clearly identifying opportunities for optimisation, enhanced business intelligence, and added value.
  • Advising and guiding clients through the configuration of the beqom solution to fit their strategic needs, including providing expert oversight during testing and user training to ensure business goals are met.
  • Gaining a strong understanding of a client's overarching business and talent strategy to ensure the beqom solution drives seamless integration and long-term success.


What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in HR technology, HR consulting, SaaS consulting, or HR operations with system exposure
  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting HRIS / HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, BambooHR)
  • Strong understanding of HR functional domains including performance, compensation and pay equity Ability to translate business HR needs into system requirements (requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis)
  • Proven experience working directly with clients or internal stakeholders
  • Ability to run discovery sessions, document requirements, and present recommendations
  • Experience with HR data, reporting, and analytics (KPIs, dashboards, data validation)
  • Clear, structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Language Skills: fluent English and French
