About the Opportunity

The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the global management and maintenance of all HR systems and data. This role ensures systems are accurately configured, regularly updated, and optimised to support organisational needs, with a strong focus on data quality, system development, and insightful analysis.

 

Working closely with the Global HR Support team and HR focal points across country programmes, the role supports effective system use, drives continuous improvement, and ensures data integrity across the organisation.



Your Responsibilities

This role includes the following responsibilities.

  • Provides guidance on HR systems policies, focusing on data quality, security, and best practice.
  • Acts as a key support contact for HR systems, delivering training, advice, and managing procedures.
  • Oversees day-to-day HRIS operations, including troubleshooting, system optimisation, user access, and integrations.
  • Manages and improves systems like BambooHR, ATS, and Navex LMS, ensuring functionality, usability, and alignment with organisational needs.
  • Maintains data integrity through audits, reporting, GDPR compliance, and controlled access permissions.
  • Produces HR analytics, dashboards, and KPI reports to support leadership decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Contributes to HR policies, procedures, projects, and administration, driving process improvements and supporting organisational initiatives.



About You

You will bring the following experience and skills.

  • Proven experience working with HR and Compliance systems (e.g. NAVEX, Bamboo HRIS, ATS, LMS), ideally in a global or multi-country environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR data management, including data quality, integrity, reporting, and GDPR/compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience in system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret HR data, producing meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Experience delivering user training and developing guidance materials for system users.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across global teams and provide clear technical advice to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and automation, with the ability to streamline workflows and increase system efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of Arabic and/or French would be a bonus.
