Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and long-term talent strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for both entry-level and mid-senior roles across departments.
- Source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, employee referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the end-to-end candidate journey with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate interviews, schedule candidate assessments, and provide timely feedback to hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and reporting readiness.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction.
- Build and nurture relationships with talent pools, universities, and professional networks to strengthen our talent pipeline.
- Minimum 60 candidates align for salary justification
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to continuous process improvement.
