Job Summary

As an HR Leave & Accommodation Analyst, you will administer employee leave and disability accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company policies. You'll partner with employees, leaders, vendors, and legal counsel to guide leave and accommodation cases from intake through resolution, provide expert guidance on complex situations, support process improvements, and help maintain system accuracy within Workday. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive employee experience while ensuring legal compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee leave and disability accommodation cases, including eligibility reviews, documentation, and case resolution.

  • Provide guidance to employees and leaders on leave, accommodation, and benefits coordination processes.

  • Partner with legal counsel on complex leave and accommodation matters.

  • Support policy development, manager training, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct system audits, testing, and vendor coordination to ensure effective program administration.

*Occasional travel (estimated 1-3x per year) for team meetings, training, or company events is a requirement of the role.

Skills and Background You'll Need

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of experience administering employee leave and disability accommodation programs.

  • Knowledge of federal leave laws, including FMLA, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

  • Experience working with enterprise-level HRIS systems.

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, or analysis.

  • Ability to interpret policies, analyze information, and make informed eligibility and compliance decisions.

  • Workday experience, including leave management administration.

  • Experience partnering with legal counsel, vendors, or third-party leave administrators.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$66,000.00 - $96,250.00
