Assisting with various tasks related to human resources management, including recruiting and hiring processes. Recruiting the candidates according to the requirement. Coordinating with the manager regarding the candidates. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and screening the candidates from the given data or from the portal. Selecting the candidate according to the requirement provided. Coordinating with the candidates till their joining. Keeping a complete record of the selected candidates. Requirements: Good Communication. Basic knowledge about recruitment. Willing to learn Platform Familiarity Qualifications: HSC and above.
