Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in regular live training and team collaboration.
• Utilise cutting-edge AI technology to attract high-intent enquiries.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using content and social media.
• Build brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
• Generate and nurture qualified enquiries through digital marketing activities.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective clients via phone, Zoom and email.
• Conduct structured phone and Zoom interviews to assess client suitability and alignment.
• Onboard, mentor, coach and support team members as they begin their development journey.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, client communications and administrative processes.
• Deliver consistent, professional follow-up throughout the client journey.
