IMPORTANT: THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED OPPORTUNITY

This is not a traditional salaried or hourly position. This is a 100% commission based independent contractor opportunity, where your earning potential is directly connected to your client results.

You bring the effort. We provide the training and support. You build the relationships. Your results drive your income.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with small business owners and decision makers.
• Identify business needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Introduce business protection resources, legal support services, and group employee benefit options.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Participate in networking, outreach, presentations, and marketing activities.
• Develop and grow your own client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Comfortable connecting with business owners and professionals.
• Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Consistent, goal oriented, and willing to put in the work.
• HR, recruiting, consulting, sales, or business development experience is a plus, but not required.
