GE Vernova is seeking an AI Leader to help shape the future of HR through the practical activation of AI agents within Workday and related people processes. This role will play a key part in identifying, delivering, and scaling AI-enabled capabilities that improve employee experience, increase HR productivity, and create measurable business value.
The role will bring together HR domain expertise, digital transformation capability, and a strong understanding of AI-enabled workflow automation. Working across HR, DT, data, and governance stakeholders, the AI Leader will help define the HR AI roadmap, activate priority use cases, and drive adoption and utilisation across the organisation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can turn emerging technology into practical business value, while ensuring solutions are secure, responsible, and aligned to enterprise standards.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the HR AI roadmap, with a focus on Workday AI agents and automation opportunities
- Identify and prioritise high-value use cases that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and employee experience
- Partner with HR, Workday, IT, and business stakeholders to activate AI capabilities in a controlled and scalable way
- Drive adoption and utilisation of AI tools through clear communication, targeted change management, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Establish adoption metrics, usage dashboards, and value tracking to measure impact and inform ongoing optimisation
- Work with process owners to redesign HR workflows around AI-enabled ways of working
- Ensure responsible AI principles are embedded, including governance, privacy, compliance, and risk management
- Translate AI capability into practical HR applications that are easy to understand, trust, and use
- Build HR team capability and confidence through education, enablement, and coaching
- Monitor emerging trends and assess new AI opportunities relevant to HR and Workday
- Act as a thought partner to HR leadership on the future of work, automation, and digital enablement
- Strong governance and responsible use of AI across HR
- Stay current on emerging AI and Workday capabilities relevant to HR transformation and operational improvement
Experience and Skills
- Experience in HR transformation, HR technology, or digital enablement
- Strong understanding of Workday and HR process design
- Proven ability to lead technology adoption and drive utilisation
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment
- Strong change management and communications capability
- Ability to connect strategy with practical execution
