The DCX Client Services - Home Based Promotional Graphic Designer that will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Role Details
Industry: Promotions
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: 30,000-35,000
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for creating virtual mockups and proofs to support sales staff.
Responsible for vectorizing logos.
Responsible for communicating with clients about layout and design.
Responsible for placing client logos on a variety of hard and soft goods.
Responsible for editing and composing graphics.
Responsible for creating multiple design solutions.
Responsible for reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Ensures to coordinate with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Additional Job Requirements
Education: College degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or any related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, or any related roles.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Experience with computer-aided design.
Software that will be used
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Canva is ideal
