Immediate Hiring Opportunity

The DCX Home-Based Marketing Designer will work full-time for a growing U.S.-based business. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their creative and marketing skillset, applying their past experience while learning new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsive Web Design: Create and enhance web layouts, with a preference for WordPress and Elementor experience.
• Social Media Design: Develop creative visuals for social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Infographics & Marketing Collateral: Design case studies, one-pagers, flyers, and other promotional materials.
• Tradeshow & Print Materials: Produce designs for signage, banners, and printed materials for events and displays.
• Presentation Decks: Create visually compelling slides for internal and client-facing presentations.
• Photo & Video Editing:
  • Edit and enhance photos for marketing use.
  • Perform video editing tasks, including adding captions, audio adjustments, and basic motion graphics.
• Illustration & Mockups: Design product mockups, digital ads, and creative visuals for online and offline campaigns.
• Collaboration & Production: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency across projects.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in production, marketing, or graphic design roles.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English
• Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)
• Work Days: Monday through Friday (USA)
• Salary Range: Php 65,000 to 70,000 per month
• Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Figma, Notion, and Riverside
  • Experience in responsive web design using WordPress is required, and Elementor is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing design principles
  • Experience in photo editing, video editing, and motion graphics
  • Nice to have: Animation or advanced Figma experience
