Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys managing financial records, tracking expenses, and supporting business operations through accurate bookkeeping? We’re looking for a Home-Based Bookkeeper to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support a growing U.S.-based business by maintaining financial records, managing invoicing processes, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and committed to maintaining financial accuracy while working in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Accounting Knowledge & Compliance Focused: Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices, accounting regulations, and financial procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Approve and assign expenses to the appropriate projects and cost centers

  • Create, review, and submit invoices to clients accurately and on time

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding and past-due invoices

  • Maintain and track time and expense entries, ensuring records are current and accurate

  • Run and prepare financial reports for management and operational review

  • Assist with maintaining accurate bookkeeping records and financial documentation

  • Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company procedures

  • Support financial reporting and accounting activities as required

  • Review financial data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

  • Perform additional bookkeeping and administrative duties as assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of related bookkeeping and accounting experience.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.  

  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:     

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel, Word & Outlook.

    • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.

WHAT WE OFFER 

  • Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 51,000 

  • Industry: Industrialized Construction

  • Job Type: Full-time 

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
