Job Description
The Ultimate Human Water Team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced High-Ticket Inside Sales Closer to join our team.
This is a remote sales position focused primarily on conducting Zoom and phone consultations with qualified prospects interested in our premium water solutions.
Our core products include drinking water systems and whole-home water systems, with typical transactions ranging from $5,000 to $20,000+.
This is not an appointment-setting position. We are looking for a true closer.
You should be comfortable taking a qualified prospect through the entire sales process—from discovery and presentation to handling objections, discussing financing, following up, and ultimately closing the sale.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled sales consultations via Zoom and phone
- Work with qualified inbound leads
- Present Hydro+ and whole-home water solutions
- Understand each prospect’s needs and recommend the appropriate system
- Confidently sell products ranging from $5,000 to $20,000+
- Handle objections and ask for the sale
- Explain financing and payment options
- Consistently follow up with prospects who don’t close on the first call
- Manage your pipeline and maintain detailed notes in our CRM
- Meet individual sales and closing targets
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales
- Demonstrated ability to close sales remotely via Zoom and/or phone
- Experience selling products or services in the $5,000–$20,000+ range
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- Excellent objection-handling abilities
- Confident, professional Zoom presence
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable discussing financing
- Organized and experienced with CRM/pipeline management
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Experience in water treatment, home improvement, wellness, medical devices, solar, luxury products, or other high-ticket consumer sales is a plus.
Compensation
Commission-based compensation with strong earning potential.
We’re looking for someone who wants the opportunity to earn based on performance and who has the experience and confidence to consistently close high-ticket transactions.
