Healthcare Solutions Manager

Responsibilities:

• Under general direction, responsible for planning and implementing market and partnership strategy access strategy for CSL Haematology products

• Develops working relationships with key external channel customers in order to maintain understanding of current market conditions

• Works cross functionally as part of the therapy area leadership team with marketing, medical and regulatory to develop value propositions for CSL products

• Generates and communicates information on health economics and value propositions to demonstrate advantages of CSL products and CSL as an organisation

• Develops and maintains relationships, NGOs, advocacy groups, key opinion leaders and key clinicians and payors across the NHS and private market

• Provides support for and updates management on reimbursement changes, healthcare policies, funding legislation, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences or healthcare discipline

• 7+ years' pharmaceutical industry experience including market access with collaborative working experience

• Knowledge of relevant legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
