Adept Talent is a newly launched healthcare staffing division under AdeptID, focused on building a nursing-heavy vertical.

We're building a small, experienced recruiting team with the goal of scaling quickly and intentionally - recruiters who join now will have a direct hand in shaping how this business grows.

The Role

We're hiring experienced healthcare recruiters who want more ownership, more flexibility, a clear path to growth and a real seat at the table as the team scales.

You'll run a full desk with autonomy - building and managing your own pipeline of healthcare professionals. You'll be equipped with AI-assisted tools that surface high-fit candidates, prioritize your pipeline, and reduce the manual work that slows most desks down.

This is a builder opportunity. The playbook is being built right now - and your experience will directly influence it.

 

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of healthcare candidates
  • Run full-cycle recruiting from outreach through placement
  • Use AI-assisted tools to identify and prioritize candidates - Focus your time on engagement, closing, and redeployment
  • Work across roles as the business scales
  • Contribute ideas on workflow, tools, and process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in healthcare staffing - 3+ Years experience in healthcare recruiting, with direct travel nursing experience
  • Background in specialties such as ICU, ER, Med Surg, Telemetry, OR, PACU, L&D, NICU is a strong plus
  • Strong execution and ability to run a desk independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Open to using new tools to improve efficiency
