Healthcare Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Location: Permanent Remote

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Healthcare Cold Caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent, strong phone presence, and experience speaking with healthcare providers or medical offices.

This role is open to candidates located in developing countries in Asia and Latin America only.

Responsibilities

• Call healthcare providers and medical offices from an assigned Excel spreadsheet/database of doctors
• Work closely with the sales team to help formulate and improve call scripts
• Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
• Accurately document call notes, updates, and follow-ups in Salesforce
• Transfer qualified accounts and opportunities to the Sales Manager
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication during all outbound calls
• Meet daily and weekly call and lead qualification targets

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English skills with a professional American accent

• Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or healthcare outreach experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking with doctors’ offices and healthcare professionals
• Experience using Excel and Salesforce required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, medical staffing, medical devices, or healthcare services
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly over the phone
• Female VA preferred
