Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design healthcare integration solutions supporting member, employer, broker, and provider ecosystems.
- Lead modernization initiatives, transforming monolithic applications into scalable microservices-based platforms.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, FHIR-compliant interfaces, and enterprise integration services.
- Develop event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka, RabbitMQ, and asynchronous messaging frameworks.
- Define API governance standards, lifecycle management processes, and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
- Design highly available, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable healthcare technology solutions.
- Establish architecture standards focused on performance, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices across development teams.
Healthcare Domain Expertise
- Prior experience supporting Member, Employer, Broker Portal, and Provider Integration initiatives within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards and healthcare data exchange.

Preferred Experience

- Experience leading architecture strategy and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong background in CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native application development.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
- AWS, TOGAF, or healthcare interoperability certifications are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
