As the Head of Sales, you'll have the opportunity to drive meaningful growth in high-risk verticals such as iGaming, Crypto, and Forex. This role focuses on outbound sales, allowing you to independently identify and acquire new merchants. You'll work remotely from Cyprus, Poland, or Malta, leveraging your expertise to expand into new geographic markets and establish effective sales processes. This is an exciting chance to achieve ambitious revenue targets and make a significant impact on the company's success.
Independently identify, prospect, and acquire new merchants in high-risk verticals, including iGaming, Crypto, and Forex, with a strong focus on outbound sales.
Handle objections effectively and turn resistance into business opportunities.
Demonstrate competitive advantages through operational excellence, reliability, routing quality, and long-term partnership value rather than relying solely on pricing.
Develop and expand into new geographic markets, establish effective sales processes, and achieve ambitious revenue and transaction volume targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records, ensure full transparency in reporting, and provide regular performance updates.
Proven track record in B2B sales within payment service providers (PSPs), fintech, payment processing, or high-risk industries.
Demonstrated results, including closed deals, successful cold acquisition efforts, measurable revenue impact, strong conversion rates, and onboarding of active merchants. We value tangible achievements and performance metrics.
Highly proactive mindset, persistence, resilience, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of payment routing, conversion optimization, merchant challenges, and the key factors influencing PSP selection.
Ability to sell complex solutions and build trust-based relationships from the ground up.
Strong process discipline, CRM management skills, KPI ownership, and commitment to transparency.
Languages: English, Russian.
