Remote within the EU | Full-time | B2B Contract | B2C SaaS
Our client is a fast-growing European B2C SaaS company building and scaling its own portfolio of web and mobile subscription products.
The business operates at significant scale, with more than $150M in annual recurring revenue and ambitious plans for continued growth.
Unlike companies where product teams primarily manage roadmaps and feature delivery, our client operates with a strong commercial product mindset. The company owns the entire customer journey — from first interaction and onboarding to conversion, monetization, retention, and long-term customer value.
They are now looking for a Head of Products to take ownership of the entire product portfolio and lead an established team of Product Managers.
This is not a traditional Head of Product role focused primarily on strategy and roadmap management.
The Head of Products will be accountable for the commercial performance and operational health of the company's products — including monetization, onboarding, pricing, retention, experimentation, funnel performance, UX, product quality, and revenue per user.
You will lead a team of 11 Product Managers, while remaining close enough to the products to identify problems, challenge assumptions, review funnels and data, and step into execution when needed.
The company is looking for someone who is closer to revenue than to roadmap management — a hands-on product leader who understands how product decisions translate directly into business results.
Lead the company's entire portfolio of B2C subscription products and maintain visibility into the performance and health of each product.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 11 Product Managers, setting clear standards for ownership and execution.
Own monetization across the portfolio, including onboarding, pricing, paywalls, conversion funnels, retention, cancellations, and refunds.
Drive RPU growth quarter over quarter, with a target of approximately 15–20%.
Establish KPIs and OKRs for individual products and hold teams accountable for measurable outcomes.
Build and improve high-converting customer funnels through structured experimentation and A/B testing.
Use tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude directly to understand user behaviour, product performance, and opportunities for improvement.
Create consistent standards and processes for how products are built, launched, monitored, and operated.
Build product monitoring, alerting, and status-tracking systems that provide clear visibility into product health.
Own product quality across UX, copy, customer-facing experiences, and underlying data.
Oversee release management and ensure clear, reliable delivery processes across products.
Work closely with Growth and Engineering to turn commercial opportunities into product improvements.
Ensure growth and monetization tactics remain within appropriate legal and compliance boundaries, including cancellation flows, customer-facing claims, and potentially problematic UX patterns.
Strong experience with B2C subscription or consumer SaaS products.
Proven ownership of commercial product metrics such as LTV, churn, RPU/ARPU, conversion, retention, cancellations, and refunds.
Hands-on experience building, optimizing, or significantly improving monetization and conversion funnels.
Strong understanding of pricing, onboarding, paywalls, subscription mechanics, and experimentation.
Practical experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, including knowing which hypotheses are worth testing.
Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
Experience leading and developing Product Managers while remaining actively involved in product decisions.
Ability to oversee multiple products simultaneously rather than owning a single product line.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to connect product decisions directly to revenue.
High level of ownership and initiative — you identify risks and opportunities rather than waiting for them to be escalated.
Experience creating product processes, standards, and operating systems that can scale across a portfolio.
Good judgment around legal and compliance considerations within subscription funnels and growth experimentation.
Real commercial ownership: your decisions will directly influence revenue and growth across the company's entire portfolio.
Portfolio-level impact: work across multiple products, markets, and verticals rather than a single product line.
Direct influence: work closely with the founder on product and business priorities.
Established team: take leadership of an existing team of 11 Product Managers.
Hands-on environment: stay close to products, users, experiments, and data rather than becoming a purely managerial product leader.
Strong experimentation culture: product decisions are expected to translate into measurable business outcomes.
Growing portfolio: new products and verticals continuously create new commercial and product challenges.
