AI Summary

Lead and scale the global acquisition engine across hardware and mobile wallet products by managing multi-million-dollar budgets. Drive acquisition economics, optimize funnels, and build a systematic experimentation engine to improve performance across all channels.

We are looking for a senior Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale Tangem’s global acquisition engine across both hardware products and the Tangem mobile wallet.
Deep hands-on expertise in performance marketing. You should be able to dive directly into the team’s campaigns and ad accounts, understand the setup, targeting, bidding, creatives, and performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously challenge the team on both strategy and execution. This is not a role where you manage performance solely through reports.
You will decide where we invest, which channels and markets we scale, what we test next, how we measure success, and how we continuously improve acquisition economics.
We are looking for someone who has operated at significant scale, managed multi-million-dollar acquisition budgets, and knows how to build a sophisticated performance marketing operation across e-commerce and mobile apps.
  • Lead the performance team. Manage and develop two hands-on Performance Marketing Managers, set priorities, challenge their strategies and ensure strong execution across all channels.
  • Own acquisition strategy. Define how Tangem acquires customers and users across two core journeys: hardware/e-commerce and mobile wallet/in-app services.
  • Own multi-million-dollar budgets. Decide how investment should be allocated across channels, markets, products and acquisition journeys based on marginal economics and growth potential.
  • Drive acquisition economics. Own CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, LTV/CAC and payback — ensuring that growth remains economically sustainable as we scale.
  • Continuously discover new channels. Build a systematic pipeline for identifying, testing and scaling new paid acquisition channels, platforms, formats and mechanics.
  • Build a strong experimentation engine. Define what we test across channels, audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages and app funnels — and make sure learnings translate into the next iteration.
  • Lead mobile app acquisition. Build the strategy for acquiring users directly into Tangem Wallet and optimize beyond CPI toward wallet creation, funding, transactions, retention and LTV.
  • Connect performance with CRM. Ensure paid acquisition, retargeting, activation, lifecycle communication, reactivation and cross-sell work as one growth system rather than separate functions.
  • Drive funnel optimization. Work with Product, Analytics, Design and Marketing to identify where users drop off and what needs to change across website, app store, onboarding and in-app UX.
  • Own measurement. Build a robust approach to attribution, incrementality, cohort analysis, LTV and channel contribution so budget decisions are based on true business impact rather than platform-reported ROAS.
  • Build the creative performance system. Understand which propositions, messages, formats and creative concepts drive performance and turn those insights into clear briefs and scalable creative testing.
  • Stay ahead of the market. Continuously evaluate emerging acquisition channels, technologies, AI-driven marketing tools, measurement approaches and growth mechanics.
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth acquisition, with significant leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar annual acquisition budgets.
  • Deep expertise across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, CPA-Networks and other major acquisition platforms.
  • Strong experience with both web/e-commerce and mobile app acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, retargeting and audience segmentation.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile attribution, app events, deep linking, and post-install optimization.
  • Hands-on analytics expertise. Independently investigate funnels and cohorts across Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, internal BI and the data warehouse; validate data and reconcile platform reporting with business results.
  • Tracking and measurement expertise. Understand event tracking, SDK and server-side integrations, deep links, postbacks and deduplication. Diagnose issues, define technical requirements and validate implementations.
  • CPA and affiliate acquisition experience. Launch and scale network partnerships, negotiate payouts and acceptance criteria, and manage tracking, traffic quality and publisher-level profitability.
  • Fraud detection and prevention. Identify bots, fake or duplicate conversions, undisclosed incentivized traffic and attribution manipulation.
  • Strong command of CAC, ROAS, LTV/CAC, payback, сohort economics.
  • Experience building structured channel and experimentation roadmaps, rather than relying only on existing channels.
  • Strong understanding of CRO and product funnels and the ability to translate acquisition data into actionable recommendations for Product and UX teams.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable making large budget allocation decisions based on data.
  • Experience managing and developing strong performance marketers.
  • Background in fintech, consumer apps, e-commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions or other high-scale B2C businesses is highly relevant. Crypto experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Stability, growth, participation in shaping the future unicorn.
  • Remote work from any location.
  • Competitive salary in EURO/USDT.
  • Compensation for the purchase of necessary technical devices for the work.
