We're looking for a Head of Growth to lead the strategy, development, and execution of all growth marketing initiatives for our app. This is a senior leadership role partnering closely with the CMO and other horizontal teams in Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Finance. Besides the app's growth, you will be overseeing creative and user acquisition teams behind it.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the strategy, development, and execution of all growth marketing initiatives around the app — performance channels, lifecycle marketing, cooperation with organic, funnel optimization, and more

  • Collaborate with the executive team to align growth objectives with overall business goals

  • Effectively model and measure marketing impact, anticipating trends and events that will create opportunities for growth — and capitalizing on them

  • Build, develop, and coach a world-class growth team as the company continues on a path of rapid expansion; foster a culture of high performance, learning, curiosity, and ownership

  • Know our users like you know your friends — master every part of the user journey, understand their needs, motivations, and concerns, and work tirelessly to deliver lasting value

  • Serve as a trusted partner to Product and Analytics, bringing your perspective and ideas into strategic business discussions

  • Be a culture driver across the organization — hungry, humble, caring, curious, accountable, and results-focused

The ideal candidate:

Business acumen

  • 5+ years of experience building and leading successful performance marketing teams in the B2C space, supporting mobile-first products

  • Strong, hands-on understanding of Performance Marketing, UAM, Creatives, and PGM — or deep expertise across several of these areas

  • Proven track record of scaling app growth meaningfully (10x stories welcome)

  • Able to balance data, analytics, and performance marketing capabilities with the creative storytelling that activates and motivates new and existing users

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, AI and analytics platforms

  • Continuously improves marketing effectiveness and ROI — determining the right level of investment to hit growth and profitability goals, and optimising the marketing mix across all channels and platforms

Management

  • Proven, successful managerial experience leading growth or performance marketing teams

  • Cultivates an environment that supports data-driven decision-making with a bias for action and clear accountability

  • Both a visionary and an operator — comfortable in a roll-up-your-sleeves environment while setting long-term direction

Cross-functional impact

  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders

  • Partners effectively in a high-growth, cross-functional environment

  • Genuinely listens to people and their feedback

  • A continuous learner — actively seeks out new ideas, methods, and perspectives

  • Comfortable navigating change and operating in ambiguity
