The Head of Data & Data Products will define and lead the data product roadmap to turn proprietary and third-party data into actionable intelligence. This role involves building a high-performing team and partnering with cross-functional leaders to modernize self-service analytics and data governance.
WME is looking for a Head of Data & Data Products to build the next generation of our data capability.
WME sits at the center of entertainment, representing leading artists, creators, athletes, brands, and intellectual property around the world. Every day, our teams generate and work with an extraordinary amount of information about relationships, opportunities, deals, audiences, markets, and outcomes.
We believe that data can become a meaningful competitive advantage for WME — not simply by producing more reports, but by making our collective knowledge easier to access, understand, and act on.
This role will lead that evolution.
You will own WME's data product strategy, self-service analytics, shared business definitions, domain intelligence, and the business roadmap for predictive and decision-support capabilities. You will also help us rethink how the third-party data we license can become a reusable capability across our products and businesses.
The goal is straightforward: turn WME's data into products and intelligence that help our people make better decisions, identify opportunities, serve clients, and grow the business.

How You'll Work
This is not a traditional reporting leadership role.
You will spend significant time understanding how WME's businesses work, how decisions get made, and where better information could change an outcome.
You'll move between strategy and execution: defining a multi-year direction while helping teams solve practical problems today.
You'll work closely with our Product and Engineering organization. Engineering owns the technical data platform, including data engineering, pipelines, APIs, infrastructure, and production ML. You will own the business and product side of the data strategy: what we should build, why it matters, how it should be understood, and whether it is creating value.
You'll also partner with specialist teams across WME, including Finance and WME Insights, rather than trying to centralize every form of analysis into one organization.
What We're Looking For
Experience in media, entertainment, sports, marketplaces, talent businesses, financial data, recommendation systems, or client-facing data products is a plus.
The Mindset We're Looking For
Data is a product. A dataset creates value when people can find it, understand it, trust it, and use it repeatedly.
Start with the decision. The goal isn't more sophisticated analysis. It's better decisions and better outcomes.
Be ambitious and practical. You can see the path toward predictive intelligence while still improving what people need today.
Stay curious about the business. You want to understand how agents and business teams actually work, not just the data they produce.
Build for leverage. You look for reusable capabilities, automation, and strong partnerships before solving a problem with additional headcount.
Measure what matters. Success is adoption, better decisions, commercial impact, and client outcomes — not the number of dashboards, models, or datasets produced.
What Success Looks Like
Over time, you'll help WME move from a world where data is often something people request to one where trusted information and intelligence are available where decisions happen.
Common questions become self-service. Important business concepts have shared definitions. Proprietary and third-party data can be reused across products and workflows. Predictive capabilities move out of experiments and into everyday work. Our specialist teams spend more time on high-value thinking and less time servicing repeatable requests.
Most importantly, WME gets better at using what it collectively knows to identify opportunities and advocate for our clients.
