Head of D2C - More Nutrition (gn)

The Opportunity

More Nutrition is the #1 better-for-you nutrition brand in Germany and one of the fastest-growing brands in Europe, delivering +50% YoY growth, with over 2.5 mln active D2C customers.  We are on a clear trajectory to become a €1.5Bn brand by 2027, and our D2C channel is one of the main engines to power this growth. We have built a best-in-class influencer-led acquisition model in Germany, and we are now scaling it across Europe. 

We are looking for a Head of D2C (gn) to drive this engine, who is as comfortable in the numbers as they are in the strategy, who leads a team with high standards and genuine care, and who thrives in an environment where pace, ownership, and commercial impact are everything.

Your mission

As Head of D2C, you own the commercial performance of the More Nutrition D2C channel across all markets. You set the promotional strategy, own the topline and discount-level targets, lead the D2C team, and ensure that every market is activated with precision and ambition. You report directly to the Director of D2C and act as the operational and commercial backbone of the D2C function.

• Own the Commercial Performance of D2C: Own the commercial success of the D2C channel across all markets. Set ambitious revenue, discount level and customer targets, define the commercial roadmap, and ensure sustainable topline growth while protecting margin. 
• Lead Commercial Planning & Trading: Own the end-to-end commercial calendar, including promotions, product launches, and key trading moments. Balance customer growth, commercial impact, and operational feasibility across all markets. 
• Drive Forecasting & Business Performance: Lead forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning processes. Monitor business performance, identify opportunities and risks early, and translate insights into decisive actions that improve commercial outcomes. 
• Scale International Growth: Drive the commercial performance of international markets by adapting proven playbooks to local customer needs, setting clear performance expectations, and enabling scalable growth. 
• Align Cross-Functional Execution: Bring together Marketing, CRM, Influencer, Product, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders around one integrated commercial plan, ensuring flawless execution across every customer touchpoint. 
• Build a High-Performing D2C Function: Lead, develop, and grow the D2C team by creating a culture of ownership, high standards, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
• Continuously Improve Commercial Excellence: Establish a data-driven approach to commercial decision-making through rigorous performance analysis, experimentation, and optimization, ensuring the business becomes smarter with every campaign.
