Job Summary

Growth Leads is an online lead generation company operating in competitive verticals such as iGaming, Financials, Health, and Communications. Data drives our decisions and enables us to optimize performance across all acquisition channels.


We are seeking a Head of Business Intelligence to lead and grow our BI function. The ideal candidate has experience in data engineering and analytics and has progressed into BI leadership, ideally within an affiliate or performance marketing company. You will lead a small BI team, own the data platform, and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Candidates with hands-on experience building and scaling BI systems to support business decision-making are especially well-suited for this role.


Responsibilities


  • Lead and develop the company’s Business Intelligence function, covering data engineering, analytics, and reporting.
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, warehouse models, and semantic layers.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency of metrics, and accurate reporting across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct advanced performance analyses across traffic sources, funnels, cohorts, lifetime value, and profitability to guide strategy.
  • Define and implement scalable BI processes, standards, and best practices to support business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the BI team of data analysts, engineers, and developers.
  • Set and manage the BI roadmap, balancing immediate business needs with long-term platform scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with Monetization, Product, and Finance teams to enhance tracking, improve data collection, and ensure accurate, actionable reporting.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Foster a data-driven culture across the organization through knowledge sharing and technical leadership.


Requirements


  • 6+ years of experience in data roles, combining analytics and engineering expertise.
  • Experience in an affiliate or performance marketing company.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling BI systems, including pipelines, warehouses, dashboards, and analytics frameworks.
  • Experience managing a small BI team with both data analysts and data engineers reporting directly.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Python for analysis, automation, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Expertise in performance analysis, cohort analysis, lifetime value, forecasting, and experimentation including A/B testing.
  • Experience defining KPIs, attribution models, and maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to foster a data-driven culture.
