We’re looking for a Head of Analytics to lead and develop our analytics function.

For what tasks?

  • Lead the analytics function across the studio and define the strategic direction for product and marketing analytics

  • Develop and improve analytical tools and approaches, identify growth opportunities, improve the quality of working with metrics, and make analytics practical and business-oriented

  • Lead and develop analytics processes: standardize approaches to data collection, metric interpretation, experiment evaluation, and forecasting

  • Define and develop A/B testing and experimentation methodology end-to-end — from experiment design to results analysis, ensuring reliable conclusions and well-grounded decisions

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams, translating data into clear recommendations and helping to define product priorities

  • Drive a data-informed culture across the studio, increase the maturity of the analytical approach, and strengthen the role of metrics in product and marketing processes

What kind of professional are you looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience as a Lead Analytics or Head of Analytics in mobile game development, with proven involvement in product and business decision-making

  • 3+ years of experience in product analytics within mobile games

  • Experience working at the intersection of product and marketing analytics, including traffic quality evaluation, its economic efficiency, and impact on product performance

  • Deep understanding of ads, hybrid, and in-app monetization models

  • Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics

  • Extensive experience in A/B testing

  • Technical proficiency required to work with metrics and analytics systems, as well as to collaborate effectively with technical teams

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex analytical insights in a clear and structured way

  • Russian fluent
