Requirements and skills:
3+ years of experience in Affiliate / CPA Marketing, including team management.
Strong understanding of affiliate business economics and key performance metrics (ROI, FTD, LTV, CR).
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency sufficient to negotiate and build relationships with international partners.
Responsibilities:
Affiliate Team Management
Lead and manage the affiliate team by setting goals, assigning priorities, and ensuring effective task execution.
Work closely with Affiliate Managers on a daily basis: review partnership deals, resolve blockers, and ensure high-quality partner communication.
Develop, implement, and monitor internal guidelines, workflows, and documentation (e.g. billing processes, knowledge base, SOPs).
Track task progress, monitor team performance, and conduct weekly sync meetings.
Hold regular 1:1 meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
Train and onboard the team on new tools, reports, and internal processes.
Financial Performance & Analytics
Monitor traffic profitability across all partners using key metrics such as ROI, FTD, and LTV.
Optimize underperforming partnerships together with Affiliate Managers.
Ensure the accuracy of billing, partner payouts, and financial adjustments.
Prepare weekly and monthly analytical reports on team performance.
Develop and implement KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks for Affiliate Managers.
Reporting & Planning
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Monitor team performance against FTD and ROI targets.
Plan CPA partner launches based on forecasts and approved business objectives.
Analyze traffic sources, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to affiliate scaling strategies.
Strategic Development
Develop and execute the overall affiliate growth strategy.
Identify new partnership opportunities, GEOs, and traffic acquisition channels.
Initiate testing of new affiliate platforms, tools, and partnership models.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams to achieve shared business goals.
