Head of Affiliates

A marketing agency for new crypto-native iGaming platforms preparing a multi-market launch, built by a leadership team of senior operators with multiple large-scale launches behind them. Premium brand, significant financial backing, and a marketing org being built to match. Launch: Late October/Early November

This is a ground-floor leadership role on a well-resourced operation, not an early-stage experiment. The sector and the brand are both disclosed under NDA at first call.

Reporting to the CMO, you own the affiliate channel end to end, from strategy through to the deals that drive new paying users. You build the program, choose the platform, and hire the team ahead of launch.

Tasks

• Affiliate program strategy, growth, and channel P&L
• Selection and management of the affiliate tracking platform
• The super-affiliate, streamer, and KOL pipeline
• CPA, revshare, and hybrid deal negotiation across the market portfolio
• Building and leading the affiliate team from the first hire

Requirements

• Senior affiliate leadership on the operator side of a high-volume consumer platform
• A proven affiliate network and a track record of scaling acquisition volume
• Crypto-native audience plus Telegram and streamer experience, a strong plus
• Comfortable building from zero in a fast pre-launch environment

• You are looking for an affiliate manager or account manager role. This is a Head of function seat and we are not hiring below it right now.
