About this Role
Consulting/Professional Services Experience – 1 to 2.5 years, Minimum Workday Ecosystem Experience – 1 year.
Consistently lead client demos and explain Workday functionality without support.
Occasionally called upon to serve as a Senior Consultant for a workstream.
Demonstrates situational awareness.
Develop routine deliverables with minimal supervision.
Does not require direct instruction when conducting primary Workday implementation responsibilities.
Works Independently and knows when to ask for assistance.
Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of job responsibilities and core work product.
Contributes regularly to internal initiatives.
Contribute to methodology development in their area of expertise.
