ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development and implementation of guest experience initiatives across KH properties and brands.

  • Assist the Operations team in coordinating new openings, activations, and corporate projects, ensuring alignment with KH standards.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, guest satisfaction, and competitor benchmarks to support innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—corporate, property, and partners—to maintain consistent guest experience, brand identity, and operational standards.

  • Help curate guest journey touchpoints and support the creation of training materials and guidelines.

  • Participate in digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and guest engagement.

  • Act as an ambassador of KH’s culture, demonstrating professionalism, creativity, and willingness to learn from senior managers.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and work across several projects.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); design skills are a plus.

  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).

  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
