We are hiring a GTM Systems & Strategy Principal to join our team immediately! 


This is a builder's role for someone who sees the entire revenue engine and knows exactly which levers to pull. As GTM Systems & Strategy Principal, you won't just support the go-to-market motion. You'll architect it. You'll own the full pre-sale revenue lifecycle, from the first signal of intent through closed-won handoff, and you'll have the authority, tools, and cross-functional reach to make it work at scale. What You'll Own


Pipeline Architecture & Lead Generation
Design and continuously sharpen the end-to-end prospecting framework, including workflow design, sourcing strategy, qualification standards, and the governance that keeps pipeline clean from entry forward.


Cross-Functional Revenue Alignment
Define the handoff protocols that keep Marketing, RSLs, and AEs moving in sync. You'll set the accountability structures that eliminate the gaps where pipeline quality typically erodes.


Data Integrity & Funnel Intelligence
Build the governance and data standards that make your funnel trustworthy. Reliable insights, clean attribution, and audit-ready performance metrics, because good decisions require good data.


Sales Technology Ecosystem
Own the full stack: CRM, engagement platforms, data and intelligence tools. You'll manage vendors, drive integrations, and relentlessly optimize for ROI, not just adoption.


AI-Powered Selling Strategy
Lead the organization's AI strategy within sales. Prioritize use cases, evaluate tools, and build the governance framework that turns AI from a buzzword into a genuine productivity and conversion multiplier.


What We're Looking For

You bring GTM strategy depth and a systems thinker's instinct. You're equally comfortable in a whiteboard session mapping revenue flow and in the weeds of a CRM configuration that's been held together with workarounds. You have a genuine passion for AI-enabled selling and the judgment to cut through hype and identify what actually moves the needle.

Requirements

 What you bring to the team:   

  • 6+ Years Experience designing prospecting workflows and pipeline governance frameworks in a managed IT service, network, or cloud infrastructure company.
  • Experience evaluating and adopting AI tools in a commercial context, with the ability to drive change across a non-technical audience.
  • Deep understanding of revenue operations systems, data flows, and process design across the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, well-documented architectural solutions. 
  • Clear, candid communicator who builds trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders, influences without authority, and provides constructive guidance.

Education:

  •  Bachelor's Degree or 4+ Years Professional Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

This position may be performed in either a standard office setting or a home office environment. It requires prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer and other office equipment, and effective time management in a self-directed work environment. Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds may be required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $143,000 per year plus incentive, depending on location, skills, experience, and other job-related factors. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity.
