Help make the world more hospitable
The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that’s just as inspiring as the people behind it. At Mews, we’re transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences.
You’ll work with smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. You’ll have autonomy and the trust to make good decisions and move quickly. And you’ll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we’re building.
If you’re motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you’ll feel at home here.
About the role
Let's get into the specifics. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it into a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:
As a GTM Systems Engineer at Mews, you will own the commercial technology stack that powers our go-to-market motion. This is not a narrow ticket-taking CRM role. It is a high-impact, senior individual contributor position that sits at the intersection of systems architecture, sales process design, and operational discipline.
You will serve as the primary technical owner of our GTM tooling, covering everything from CRM administration and lifecycle configuration to outbound automation, data integrity, and reporting infrastructure. You'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Analytics, ensuring that our commercial systems are clean, scalable, and built to support durable growth.
This role is fully remote and reports into the Revenue Operations function.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
CRM Ownership & Lifecycle Configuration
- Own end-to-end Salesforce CRM administration: objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, permission sets, and reporting frameworks
- Configure and maintain lifecycle models across enterprise new business, partner and referral-driven opportunities, and customer expansion motions
- Define and enforce stage entry/exit criteria to reduce pipeline ambiguity and stalling
- Maintain territory and account ownership routing logic across SDRs, AEs, Partnerships, and CS teams
- Serve as the primary technical owner of Salesforce CPQ, including product catalog, pricing rules, and quote configuration
GTM Stack Management
- Administer and maintain a modern GTM stack, including:
- Salesforce CRM and CPQ
- Gong: end-to-end ownership including user provisioning, Outlook/Teams/Salesforce connections, call and email tracking, Gong Engage analytics, Gong Forecast, and AI-based discovery tooling
- Aircall or equivalent telephony: user management, number provisioning, SMS troubleshooting, and Salesforce integration
- Clay: enrichment workflows, outbound automation, and data intelligence
- Sales engagement platforms (e.g. Outreach, Salesloft)
- Marketing automation and attribution platforms
- Highspot, Docusign, Calendly, Klue, Qualified, Responsive.io, and other commercial tools
- Ensure clean, reliable data flows between systems and eliminate manual reconciliation
- Serve as the go-to access and configuration owner across the GTM tool ecosystem
- Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, integrations, and workflows
Data Integrity & Territory Hygiene
- Own GTM account and territory data quality, including duplicate management, geo/postal-code accuracy, and AAHOA/vertical lists
- Maintain enrichment workflows to keep account and contact records current and actionable for sales reps
- Establish validation guardrails and automation to reduce manual data entry and hygiene burden
- Support lead source and channel attribution integrity across inbound, outbound, partner, and community channels
Reporting, Dashboards & Forecasting Infrastructure
- Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health and velocity, conversion rates, partner-sourced contribution, and forecast accuracy
- Serve as operational POC for Salesforce and Gong dashboards used by commercial and BD teams, including activity tracking dashboards, Engage analytics filters, and Pipegenday views
- Reduce spreadsheet dependency across commercial leadership
- Support forecasting models and quota visibility infrastructure in partnership with RevOps and FP&A
Automation & Integrations
- Design and build scalable automation using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and API/iPaaS solutions to support process efficiency across the revenue org
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM stack using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware
- Support outbound automation logic and enrichment workflows within Clay
- Lead or co-lead key migration and integration projects (such as telephony migrations or new tool onboarding) from scoping through launch
Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Analytics, and Product to ensure systems reflect evolving business needs
- Triage and resolve GTM tooling access and configuration requests, acting as the day-to-day operational POC for the RevOps Inbox
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks for data privacy, GDPR compliance, and internal data policies
- Contribute to architectural decisions, code and design reviews, and documentation to ensure long-term system quality
You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience, including Apex, Flows, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; CPQ Specialist or System Architect certifications strongly preferred; Developer I & II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect certifications a plus
- Demonstrated experience managing a modern GTM stack including tools such as Gong, Clay, Aircall, and sales engagement platforms
- Strong understanding of commercial lifecycle modeling, pipeline management, and revenue operations fundamentals
- Experience building automation and routing logic that reduces friction for sales teams
- Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing; Copado experience a plus
- Comfort working with JavaScript, Python, REST/JSON/XML, and consuming or building web service integrations
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a bias toward clean, well-documented systems
- Exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align systems work to business outcomes
- High ownership mentality with a builder's instinct; you find the gaps and close them before being asked
