AI Summary

The Growth Marketer will own end-to-end acquisition, managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta while optimizing organic, content, and automation strategies. They are responsible for tracking core metrics like CAC, CPL, and revenue-through-paid to drive growth.

About Qureos

We're on a mission to transform how the world hires: from a 60-day painful process to 12 days, with the power of AI. If you believe hiring should be fast, fair, and feel like magic, welcome to Qureos.

We're well-funded, growing fast, and building game-changing tech that helps companies hire talent 10x faster while giving job seekers the coaching and tools they deserve.

You've run paid campaigns before. You've also lived the part nobody puts on a slide: the tracking pixel that's misfiring, the landing page nobody built, the dashboard that has to exist by Monday and doesn't yet. If your answer to a gap is usually “I'll find the tool, find the person, and make it happen,” keep reading.

Our Culture

We move fast and fail fast. We learn fast, validate quickly, and let the numbers tell us what's working, not opinions. If you'd rather ship something small this week and know by next week whether it worked, you'll fit right in.

The Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketer to own acquisition end-to-end, not just paid performance. Paid media is a big part of it (our ad library is 300+ live creatives, almost all statics, so this is about execution and iteration, not production), but the role also reaches into organic, content, and automation wherever they move the growth number.

Revenue through paid channels is the number you own. Everything else (CPL, CAC, attribution, funnel data) exists to move that number.

What You'll Own

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta: planning, execution, iteration

  • Extend reach beyond paid: organic, content, and automation wherever they move the growth number

  • Own cost-per-lead, CAC, and paid channel performance as core metrics

  • Maintain and iterate the attribution layer after initial setup (built in partnership with an external consultant)

  • Build and ship vertical-specific landing pages

  • Dig into in-product usage data to spot where the funnel is leaking, and act on it

  • Run a prioritized experimentation backlog: test messaging, creative angles, channels, and landing page variants, kill what doesn't work fast

  • Own performance reporting: CAC, CPL, conversion rate, and revenue-through-paid, tracked and shared without being chased for it

  • Work tightly with the graphic designer, product, and PLG to keep campaigns moving without waiting on perfect creative

What Good Looks Like

  • Enforced focus over spread: one industry, one product, four geos, 30-day sprints, not ten campaigns running at half-effort

  • Comfortable pushing back on sales (“have you actually done X?”) rather than just taking briefs at face value

  • Resourceful by default: missing tool, missing data, missing person, you find a way around it instead of waiting

  • Fluent with statics-first creative constraints; you don't need video to make a campaign work

What You Bring

  • 3-6 years in growth marketing

  • Both B2C and B2B growth experience preferred, you know these funnels behave differently and don't treat them the same

  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads: not just strategy decks, actual campaign management

  • Comfortable working beyond paid alone; organic, content, or automation experience is a plus

  • Working knowledge of attribution and analytics tooling (you don't need to have built the layer, but you need to live in it)

  • Based in Pakistan, India, or Eastern Europe: timezone overlap matters, this isn't a US-hours role

  • Bias to action over process: you'd rather ship an imperfect test than wait for a perfect brief

How This Role Fits

This is a standalone executor role. It does not overlap with existing go-to-market, rev ops, or sales enablement functions; those stay exactly where they are. You own growth acquisition and attribution, full stop.

Timeline

  • Target start: before September 30

  • Campaigns need to be live by October 1, so you'll hit the ground running: setup and testing happen in your first days, not your first month

  • If you're serving a notice period, we're open to a part-time consulting start to hit the launch date

Why Join Qureos

  • Help build the future of hiring, genuinely

  • Work with founders who care deeply about building something iconic

  • Backed by global and regional tier-1 investors

  • High ownership, fast execution environment: real autonomy to build, test, and scale
