We are building institutional-grade infrastructure for algorithmic trading at scale within one of the fastest-growing on-chain trading ecosystems. Our platform enables trading firms, market makers, and sophisticated investors to access advanced trading solutions and liquidity efficiently.

The Role

We are seeking a highly driven Growth Lead to accelerate platform adoption, increase Total Value Locked (TVL), and expand our strategic partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact position where you will own business development initiatives end-to-end, from sourcing and onboarding key trading partners to building strategic partnerships across the DeFi and trading infrastructure landscape.

Requirements

Source, engage, and onboard trading firms, market makers, hedge funds, and institutional users.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships across DeFi protocols, exchanges, and trading infrastructure providers.

Drive TVL growth and platform adoption through targeted business development initiatives.

Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align growth opportunities with the platform roadmap.

Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and key community channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem stakeholders and strategic partners.

Competitive base salary
