The Role

As our Growth and Program Lead, you will be the execution engine bridging business strategy and technical product delivery to directly accelerate global revenue. In this high-visibility individual contributor role, you will own the end-to-end optimization of our integrated services and affiliate networks — managing three live provider integrations, driving cross-functional roadmaps, and translating growth opportunities into tangible product improvements.

This is a role for someone who can speak the language of both Product/Engineering and Marketing/Growth, and who thrives driving priorities without direct line authority.

What You'll Own

This role sits at the intersection of commercial growth and product execution for new services. The Director handles high-level partnerships — you own the delivery, optimization, and scaling of everything beneath that. High autonomy, high visibility, direct impact on revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the program management and execution of active provider integrations, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure delivery, performance, and continuous iteration.

  • Support in growing the affiliate program to maximize international commercial reach and ecosystem performance.

  • Work closely with Marketing in SEO, CRO, and Experimentation to translate growth strategies into product improvements that drive conversion and revenue.

  • Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for each integration and growth initiative, with clear 30/60/90-day milestones.

  • Drive the operational launch of new business verticals and services across international markets.

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external service providers and affiliate networks.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Growth, Product Operations, or Program Management in digital environments.

  • Demonstrated success scaling digital products, affiliate models, or tech-driven growth initiatives.

  • Solid understanding of API integrations and experience working closely with technical engineering teams.

  • Hands-on experience with growth frameworks: SEO, CRO, A/B testing, and experimentation.

  • Strong analytical capability — comfortable with performance data, user funnels, and conversion metrics.

  • Highly organised and can bring clarity of process by proper documentation and workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Professional level of competency in Spanish language.

  • Experience in travel tech, digital marketplaces, or rapid scale-ups.

  • Familiarity with tools like Looker, Google Analytics, Jira, or Confluence.
