Job Summary

We are seeking a high-level Performance Marketing & Creative Strategist to move beyond the "buttons" of media buying and take ownership of the entire conversion journey. In this role, you will be the diagnostic engine behind our client accounts, identifying exactly why campaigns succeed or fail and directing the creative and funnel improvements necessary to win. If you are a seasoned Meta Ads professional who understands customer psychology, data patterns, and the difference between a cheap lead and a high-quality appointment, this is your opportunity to lead strategy for a high-growth team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive audits of Meta Ads accounts to diagnose performance bottlenecks and creative fatigue.
• Develop comprehensive creative strategies and write detailed briefs for production teams, UGC creators, and editors.
• Optimize lead generation funnels from the initial ad click through to the final booked appointment.
• Build and manage structured testing roadmaps to ensure continuous performance improvement.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns in lead quality and conversion rates, moving beyond surface-level metrics like CPL.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page aesthetics and conversion architecture.
• Proactively create recovery plans for underperforming accounts and scale winning campaigns through data-backed recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Extensive expertise in Meta Ads specifically focused on lead generation.
• A strong portfolio of results demonstrating your ability to reduce CPA and increase revenue through creative and funnel optimization.
• Deep understanding of direct response marketing, customer psychology, and hook/angle frameworks.
• Experience writing creative briefs and directing the production of high-converting ad assets.
• Proficiency in analyzing the entire customer journey, including landing pages and backend conversion steps.
• Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to articulate complex strategic shifts to stakeholders.
• A data-first mindset with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of account performance.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the MedSpa, aesthetics, or high-ticket wellness industry.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Experience managing high-ticket lead generation or Business Opportunity (BizOpp) funnels.
• Previous leadership experience in creative strategy or growth marketing.
