We've reached a stage where incremental optimisation alone is no longer enough to unlock the next phase of growth.

This role exists to systematically explore, validate, and scale unconventional growth opportunities across acquisition, distribution, and demand generation.

You'll operate as a high-leverage growth explorer: combining experimentation, creativity, data, AI, and GTM thinking to uncover asymmetric opportunities that can meaningfully accelerate Coverflex's growth trajectory.

You’ll know you’re successful when, after 90 days, you’ve:

  • Started generating net new revenue acquisition contribution

  • Built a consistent flow of SQLs or Qualified Signups

How we’ll measure success:

  • Main KPI 1: Net new revenue acquisition contribution

  • Main KPI 2: Acquisition — SQLs or Qualified Signups

  • Main KPI 3: Net new initiatives launched and the uplift in revenue coming from those

  • Main KPI 4: Innovative experiments (alpha experiments)

  • 6+ years in performance or growth roles

  • Proven experience with paid acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, and referral programs

  • Technical proficiency to build and manage workflows in HubSpot and automation tools (N8N, Make, or similar)

  • Solid understanding of B2B growth dynamics across the full funnel

  • Constantly on the lookout for first-mover advantages — new channels, tactics, hacks, and growth opportunities

  • Strong business ownership mindset: able to define strategy, implement initiatives, and analyse performance metrics

  • Experience with B2B sales motion and collaborating with sales teams to improve acquisition-to-conversion rates

  • Familiarity with AI-powered growth tools and workflows
