We are seeking a creative and hands-on Remote Marketing Executive to support content creation, social media marketing, and customer engagement across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for social media, with a focus on showcasing premium tableware in dining, hosting, home, and hospitality settings.
  • Develop social media posts, short-form videos, captions that align with the brand’s positioning.
  • Manage Instagram enquiries professionally, including responding to customer questions and product enquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand product features, promotions, and customer needs to create relevant marketing content.
  • Monitor social media engagement and suggest content ideas based on audience response, trends, and platform performance.
  • Support other marketing activities such as campaign coordination, product launches, promotional content, and brand storytelling.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field. (Candidates with less experience may be considered if present a strong and relevant portfolio)
  • Prior experience creating lifestyle, home, dining, hospitality, F&B, interior, luxury, or product-based content will be advantageous.
  • Good understanding of Instagram content formats, including reels, stories, posts, captions, and customer engagement.
  • Good spoken and written English to communicate effectively.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable managing online enquiries and communicating with customers professionally.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, or similar content creation platforms will be an advantage.
