We are looking for a Growth Lead to help scale Rouge Care through paid acquisition, experimentation, and channel optimization.


Role Overview

The Growth Lead owns paid media execution and performance across:

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Pinterest Ads


This role is heavily focused on:

  • Media buying
  • Scaling campaigns
  • Creative testing
  • Landing page experimentation
  • Revenue growth


You will also contribute to:

  • SEO
  • Email/SMS
  • Website CRO


You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with:

  • Creative Director
  • Copywriter
  • Designer/Video Editor
  • Developer
  • SEO Consultant
  • Email Specialist


Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Manage budgets, bidding, audience strategy, and campaign structure
  • Analyze performance across funnels, creatives, offers, and landing pages
  • Launch and manage creative testing initiatives
  • Identify growth opportunities and scaling levers
  • Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts, hooks, messaging, and formats
  • Run CRO experiments across landing pages, PDPs, bundles, and offers
  • Work with the developer to launch experiments quickly
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for SEO, Email/SMS, and website performance
  • Monitor KPIs including MER, ROAS, CAC, CVR, and revenue contribution


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years managing paid media for e-commerce brands
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience with TikTok and Pinterest advertising
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo and GA4
  • Creative performance mindset to scale
  • CRO and experimentation mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Comfortable moving fast and taking ownership
