AI Summary

The Growth Content Producer will concept, shoot, edit, and iterate on high-volume ad creative for paid media channels. They will analyze performance data and customer insights to optimize content and drive growth for the brand.

About Brick...

Brick is transforming how people interact with technology—helping people minimize distractions, reclaim focus, and live more intentionally. Our physical device and companion app turn smartphones from sources of distraction into tools for presence and productivity.

We’re on a mission to help people take back control of their time and attention so they can focus on what matters most—and we’re building a team of thoughtful, driven people to make that happen.

Job Summary / About the Role:

We’re hiring a Growth Content Producer to turn customer insight, platform-native formats, and performance data into ad creative that makes Brick’s storytelling clear, memorable, and compelling in Paid Media. This is a fast-paced role; you will be responsible for producing a high volume of net-new and iterative content on a weekly cycle.

This is not a briefing role. You are the maker. Full stack creative skills are the job: concept, script, shoot, edit, learn, and iterate. You’ll report to the Head of Growth Creative and work closely with Paid Media, Influencer, and external creators. You’ll be on camera, behind the camera, in the edit, and in the dashboard.

What You’ll Do:

  • Shoot photo and video content for ads, in front and behind the camera. Move quickly with an iPhone for native content, and confidently use professional camera, lighting, and audio gear when the concept calls for higher production value.
  • Bring ad concepts to the Growth Creative team—informed by account performance, customer insights, and organic social trends—to help shape briefs and drive execution.
  • Shoot, edit, and ship 10+ net-new short-form videos per week, plus fast iterations on winning hooks, openings, structures, and offers across Meta, TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Mine ad performance, reviews, comments, support conversations, creator feedback, and communities for customer language, objections, desires, and buying triggers.
  • Build every asset around a clear hypothesis: who it is for, why it should matter, and which performance signal will prove or disprove the idea.
  • Review creative-level performance—including spend, CTR, CPA, CVR, hook rate, and hold rate—and turn the “why” into the next round of work.
  • Use AI image, video, audio, and copy tools to expand production without sacrificing taste, specificity, or Brick’s voice.
  • Keep files, usage rights, source footage, performance notes, and a living playbook of winning hooks, formats, and lessons organized.

Who You Are:

  • You have 2–4 years of experience making performance creative for a DTC, consumer technology, high-growth brand, or performance-focused agency—or a body of work that proves equivalent ability.
  • Your portfolio includes short-form or paid social work, and you can explain the hypothesis, production choices, result, and lesson behind it.
  • You can concept, write, shoot, and edit independently, and you’re comfortable appearing on camera when the idea calls for it.
  • You have strong photography and videography fundamentals across both iPhone and professional gear, including framing, lighting, exposure, audio, shot planning, and product capture.
  • You understand what feels native on Meta and TikTok, write strong hooks and scripts, and know how paid creative differs from organic-only content.
  • You’re fluent in tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent, and you learn new AI production tools quickly.
  • You’re a high-output, low-ego self-starter who moves quickly, takes feedback well, and cares about Brick’s mission.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Skills and experience building repeatable creative testing systems.
    • High fidelity photography skills with an eye for capturing product, lifestyle, or behind-the-scenes moments.
